We always strive to provide exceptional services and combine quality with value. However, we can only achieve this if we listen to the views of our customers who use them.

California Seagrave is keen to receive your comments on services generally, not just in relation to complaints. We would welcome any views you have about our services, for example, if you feel our service department is working particularly well we would like to know this.

If something needs attending to, such as a customer concern, sales inquiry not be returned in a timely manner please also let us know.

However, as with all providers of services occasionally things do not go to plan. To deal with this we would like to hear from you.

Please be advised that your complaints and/or appreciation will be sent directly to the president of the company for his review only and will be handled confidentially and professionally.
